CSA Airtours a.s. is fully owned by Czech Airlines. CSA Airtours was established to develop activities in tourism, focused especially on servicing inbound customers of CSA as well as organising tours for outbound customers, who mostly use CSA as their carrier. For 1997, the company succeeded in reaching a positive economic result of 2 928 000 CZK. CSA Airtours is among the most prominent air ticket sales locations in the Czech Republic.
In 1997, 1 508 "outbound" clients used the services of CSA Airtours, a.s. and in the field of "inbound tourism", the company booked 13 490 transactions in the Czech Republic.

CSA subsidiary, Amadeus Marketing CSA s.r.o., was established on July 1st, 1993. In 1997, the shareholders funds of the company were increased by Amadeus GTD and thus this partner has increased its share to 35%. Amadeus Marketing CSA, s.r.o. especially focuses on the provision of the global distribution system (GDS or CRS) Amadeus for air ticket sales and reservations, accommodation, car rental and other services to travel agents in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Over the long-term this company has achieved positive results. In 1997, it generated a profit of 15 842 000 CZK.
By the end of 1997, a total of 170 travel agencies had been connected to the Amadeus system. To meet this growing customer demand, the number of employees has also increased, as compared to 1996, by 18%, with labour productivity also increasing by 32%.

Slovak Air Services s.r.o. was founded on July 1st, 1994 and CSA is its 100% owner. Its primary focus is on the provision of aircraft, passenger and goods handling services of CSA or other carriers' flights. To achieve the set objective, i.e. profit in 1997, the management of Slovak Air Services s.r.o. took crucial steps related to cost and personnel savings, ending 1997 with a positive economic result of 359 000 SKK.

CSA is the only founder of CSA Services s.r.o., which was established on October 29th, 1996 to meet the needs of the development of enterprise activities of the parent company for third parties. Its activity only began in 1997.

Slovenska Konzultacna firma s.r.o. subsidiary was founded in the Slovak Republic on April 1st, 1997 with the intention to solve the transformation of Slovak Air Services s.r.o. to a format acceptable to the bodies of Slovakian air transport. The planned transformation has not been realised and thus the company has not yet been activated.
