The term of office of a new Supervisory Board began on the 29th of January 1998. The members of the Board are as follows: Vladimir Naxera (Chairman) and Jiri Pos (both were elected by CSA employees), Zlata Groningerova (Konsolidacni banka s.p.u.), Dr. Daniela Kovalcikova (Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic), Vladimir Ozimy (Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic) and Igor Valtr (CP Direct a.s.).
