information included in the 1998 annual report and the financial statements of CSA for the
year ended 31 December 1998. The scope of our audit work was limited to the examination of
whether the accounting information, included in the annual report was consistent with the
financial statements. |

| In our opinion the accounting information, included in the annual report
is consistent with the audited financial statements. |
| As the auditor of the company, we
submitted our audit opinion on the 1998 financial statements to the management of the
company on 14 May 1999. The wording of our audit opinion was as follows: |
| We have audited the accompanying financial
statements of CSA for the year ended 31 December 1998. These financial statement are the
responsibility is to express and opinion on these financial statements based on our audit. |
| We conducted our audit in accordance with
the Act of ÈNR No. 524/1992 Coll. On Auditors and the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech
Republic and the auditing standards of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic.
Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance
about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. An audit
includes an examination, on a test basis, of evidence supporting the amounts and
disclosures in the financial statements. An audit also includes an assessment of the
accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, as well as an
evaluation of the overall financial statements presentation. We believe that our audit
provides a reasonable basis for our opinion. |
| During our audit of the financial
statements we have not identified any matters which would suggest that the accounting
records, on the basis of which the financial statements have been prepared, are not
complete, supportable and correct in all material respects. |
| In our opinion, the financial statements
present fairly, in all material respects, the assets, liabilities, equity and the
financial position of CSA as of 31 December 1998 and the results of its operations for the
year then ended in accordance with the Act on Accounting No. 563/1991 Coll. |
